Your Mandate as Co-founder & Chief Business Officer

Your role is to be the chief architect and evangelist of this advisor-first ecosystem.

Build the Community : Spearhead the recruitment, onboarding, and success of our advisor partners, scaling the community from our initial hundred to a national force of thousands.

Architect the Partner Journey : Design and refine the entire lifecycle of our partners, ensuring the RFL platform provides unparalleled support in technology, branding, and content.

Champion the Movement : Be the public face and voice of our mission. Articulate our vision at industry forums, in the media, and directly to the professionals whose lives we aim to transform.

Drive Strategic Growth : As a founding team member, you will have a critical role in shaping all strategic decisions, from P&L management to future product and market expansion.

Who We Are Seeking : An "Advisor's Champion"

We are seeking a leader whose career has been shaped by a profound respect for the frontline.

You are a proven architect of scale, with 10+ years of experience building and leading high-performance distribution channels in insurance or financial services.

You have managed large P&Ls and have a track record of building teams that number in the hundreds or thousands.

You are known in the industry as an "advisor's champion"—a leader who fights for, mentors, and empowers their team.

You possess an unshakeable entrepreneurial spirit and are ready to trade the comfort of a fixed salary for the profound impact and life-changing wealth potential of a foundational equity stake.

The Partnership Offer : Your Stake in the Revolution

This is a sweat-equity role for a true partner. Your compensation is your ownership.

Substantial Co-founder Equity : You will receive a significant, foundational equity position in RFL, reflecting your role as a key architect of the business.
