Job descriptionExperience working in NATM / UG works covering all aspects of Quality management. Hands on experience in mix designs for NATM concrete, HPC, Shotcrete and awareness of all relevant national / international codes and standards. Experience in preparing NATM / UG specific QAP / SOPs and approval with clients. Experience implementation of skill training / orientation for field Engineers and frontline supervisors. Liaising with customers on functional matters and ensuring high degree of customer satisfaction. Networking and interfacing with all functions to ensure effective and well-coordinated actions and timely decisions. Enterprising in nature and effective communicator on all functional / project quality related matters. Ensuring deployment of competent resources relating to Quality, to ensure highest level of project quality performance. Ensuring a competent regime for inspection and testing process at projects. Regular connection with the projects, maintaining a dash of project quality performance, reviewing the project performance, and taking timely actions wherever required. Reporting on the project quality performance to the management.
