Senior Healthcare Recruiter Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for various healthcare roles, including RNs, NPs, PAs, Allied Health professionals PTs, OTs, STs, and administrative staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing requirements, and compliance regulations, as well as proficiency in utilizing ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks
• Screen and interview candidates, negotiate offers, and maintain accurate candidate records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
