Job description

Position Details :

  • Role : Data Engineer (SQL + AJO / AEP)
  • Experience : 6+ Years
  • Location : Chennai / Gurgaon
  • Work Mode : Work From Office (5 days a week)
  • Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to support large-scale marketing and customer experience platforms.
  • Leverage SQL expertise for data modeling, transformation, and performance tuning.
  • Work on Adobe AJO / AEP for customer journey orchestration, identity resolution, and real-time audience management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, analytics, and marketing tech) to deliver seamless integrations.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize system performance.

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong hands-on experience in SQL development and optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe AJO / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Experience in data modeling, identity stitching, and ingestion pipelines (batch / streaming).
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, REST APIs, and cloud-based data environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum-based delivery models.
