Enterprise Engineering Leader for a global Asset Management organisation

Part of Enterprise Systems team, this role will work closely with business stakeholders and product managers and drive the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise systems across our technology landscape. Will work with a global team of full-stack software developers to deliver a seamless digital experience for our clients and other stakeholders.
Design and develop end-to-end architecture for enterprise platforms, including Risk & Compliance platforms, Surveillance, and monitoring, Legal enterprise solutions, ERM, SOX, Employee portals and Intranet and custom-built systems.
Lead and grow a high-performing global engineering team, guide engineering teams on system design, scalability, security, and data architecture best practices.

Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in an enterprise architecture or senior design role. Should have deep expertise in enterprise systems architecture (e.g., ERP, GRC, financial systems, SaaS platforms)

Strong background in system integration patterns, APIs, data pipelines, and service-oriented architecture (SOA or microservices)
