mid-level legal professional

for their

Corporate Counsel team

, focusing primarily on

real estate and property law

• . The role offers end-to-end exposure to

property transactions, conveyancing, due diligence, and compliance

, along with opportunities to support broader corporate legal functions.

Location : Dadar, Mumbai

Experience :

4–10 years (LLB mandatory)

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate

Leave & License, Lease, Sale Deeds, MOUs

, and title documents.

Manage

property acquisitions, rentals, and disposals

, including due diligence and risk assessment.

Ensure compliance with

RERA

, municipal, and development authority regulations.

Liaise with

external counsels, government bodies, and regulatory authorities

Handle property registration, stamp duty, and related documentation.

Conduct

legal due diligence

, including title verification and encumbrance checks.

Maintain accurate

legal records and contract databases

What We’re Looking For :

Strong exposure to

real estate, property law, and conveyancing

Solid understanding of

RERA, local real estate, and development regulations

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to support diverse legal workstreams.
