Senior Architect (High Rise Projects)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect / Team Lead with 8–10 years of proven experience in architectural design and project delivery of high-rise buildings in Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore . The ideal candidate will bring both creative vision and technical expertise, leading design teams from concept through execution, and ensuring excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Oversee all architectural aspects of projects from concept to construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients for seamless project integration.
• Review and guide detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
• Supervise junior architects and contribute to team development and mentoring.
