As a Technical Success Manager (TSM) , you’ll be the trusted advisor for our enterprise customers across EMEA Region. You’ll combine technical know-how with a customer-first approach to ensure every workflow, integration, and new use case drives business impact.

  • Reliable operations → Their billing, payments, and revenue flows run smoothly, giving teams more time to focus on growth.

  • A true partner → Customers feel heard because their feedback and needs are brought directly into Chargebee’s product direction.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in a techno-functional role (TSM, Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales Engineer, etc.).
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations . Enthusiasm with AI.
  • Understanding of subscription and payment operations (chargebacks, declines, reconciliation) or ability and interest to be a self learner on these concepts.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical details for both developers and executives.
  • A track record of enabling customer outcomes like adoption, retention, or expansion.
  • Location : India-based with hybrid flexibility. You’ll work with global teams while leading technical success for enterprise customers in EMEA.
