About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive Search Expert with proven experience in delivering CXO and senior leadership mandates within the Indian market. The role requires expertise in end-to-end retained search, leadership talent mapping, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement , with a strong track record of closures across Pharma, Healthcare and Life Sciences
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for CXO, board-level, and senior leadership roles in India.
- Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence studies to build robust leadership pipelines and provide insights to clients.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver high-quality leadership talent.
- Oversee candidate assessment, engagement, and evaluation to ensure an excellent experience for clients and candidates.
- Strengthen client relationships , driving repeat business and contributing to practice growth.
- Apply structured research and critical thinking skills to support leadership hiring decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
4 years of Executive Search / Leadership Hiring experience with a focus on India-based CXO and senior mandates .Sector expertise in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences , with exposure to Consumer and Services preferred.Proven ability to deliver closures and drive client success in a competitive talent market.Strong capability in talent research, candidate networking, and market intelligence gathering .Recognized for business growth, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills .Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
