Job descriptionJava SQL / PL-SQL Gather and analyze business and implementation requirements. Perform business rules analysis and translate them into technical specifications. Develop rules using Rule Flows, Rule Templates, Rule Sets, and Decision Table Metaphor. Define and enforce development guidelines for rule implementation. Manage XSDs and Data Object Models (DOM). Troubleshoot and resolve runtime issues using Blaze Debugger. Perform SRL code comparison using Blaze Compare tools and Beyond Compare. Conduct impact analysis and review test cases for accuracy. Collaborate effectively with offshore project teams. Communicate and coordinate with the project development team to ensure timely delivery.
Description : Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Sr. FICO Decision Manager / Blaze Advisor Developer to design, develop, and implement rule-based solutions using FICOs Business Rules Engine (BRE).
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Blaze Advisor, structured rule language (SRL), and a solid background in banking and financial domains.
Professional Experience :
- 8+ years of experience as a Programmer Analyst in the software industry.
- Proven domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience in implementing rules-based solutions using Structured Rule Language (SRL) in FICO BRE.
- Proficient in unit testing, creating test cases, and performance tuning.
