Job Description :
Key Responsibilities / Duties :
- Analyze Institutional sales data to identify trends, client behaviour and performance metrics
- Leverage eVestment for client profiling and analyzing institutional investment trends
- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics, client segments and sales performance
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Snowflake and other data warehouses
- Support Institutional sales teams by providing insights and customized analysis for client meetings, presentations and strategic reviews
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including client portfolio managers, sales professionals and marketing to align data insights with strategic goals
- Employ data and analytics to sharpen our client targeting, identify relevant products and optimize the sales processes
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and data analytics team in all phases of projects
- Project manage the solution design and implementation process
Data Management :
Help build out the data validation and business user acceptance testing capabilities required to support customer centric analytics and visualizationPartner with the Data Engineer and Data Science team to optimize the cloud based AWS / Redshift environment in order to support BAU activitiesCollaborate with business subject matter experts and IT teams on projects as neededWork Experience / Knowledge :
3+ years of hands-on experience developing and applying data analytics preferably in Asset management or investment consultingHands on experience with eVestment for client analysis and insightsFamiliarity with Factset and its data capabilitiesStrong technical competence :
Proficiency in tableau and PowerBI for data visualizationStrong SQL skills, with experience working in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousesGood understanding of data manipulation and transformation techniquesExperience with data pipelines and ETL toolsFamiliarity with CRM and Sales performance systems (e.g., Salesforce)Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automationStrong knowledge of data management toolsAdvanced programming skillsSkills / Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non technical audiencesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fact paced, data driven environmentStrong organizational skills and detail orientationFormal Education :
