Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Executive, located in Noida. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. The role includes scheduling deliveries, monitoring transit, resolving issues, and maintaining records and reports. The Dispatch Executive will play a vital role in optimizing routes and maintaining the highest level of service quality.

Dispatch coordination, route planning, and logistics management skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Time management and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
