Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive / Sr. Pastry Chef at Kofteci Foodkrafts, located in Bengaluru. Looking for a Dessert Specialist with strong knowledge of cheesecake and chocolate preparation. The candidate must have experience working under an R&D team, contributing to product development, recipe trials, and dessert innovation while ensuring high quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Should have contributed to creating, testing, and refining dessert recipes in an R&D environment.
• Must be capable of developing innovative cheesecake and chocolate-based products aligned with brand standards.
• Ability to document recipes, conduct trials, and ensure consistency during scale-up.
• Experience in managing kitchen operations, including inventory and team supervision
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Ability to design and create unique recipes, with expertise in Turkish and Ottoman-inspired desserts
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple operations efficiently
• A professional culinary certification or degree is preferred
• Prior experience in a premium pastry / cuisine establishment is highly desirable
