About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance IT Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts from Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of hiring top-tier talent from product-based organizations and be comfortable working independently while occasionally collaborating onsite with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for product-based companies
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles across domains
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
• Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand role requirements
• Occasionally work from client locations in Pune as needed
