• Take care of bank customers and build strong relationships.
• Keep records of customer talks for future use.
• Suggest right products to match customer needs.
• Help customers use more bank services.
• Solve customer issues quickly.
• Bring in new customers through leads and referrals.
• Talk to customer's family and friends to grow business.
• Support team with special tasks when needed.
