Job Title : Workday Integration Developer

Location : Offshore – Remote (India)

Duration : Contract / Long-term Engagement

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong expertise across Finance, HCM, Benefits, and Payroll integrations . The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on technical skills in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, along with experience in security, documentation, testing, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Finance, HCM, Benefits, and Payroll integrations .
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday Studio integrations, EIBs , and perform code reviews, defect fixes, and enhancements .
  • Collaborate with Security teams to design and implement User Provisioning interfaces .
  • Create detailed integration design documentation , including mapping specifications and unit test plans.
  • Conduct data analysis between Workday and external systems to ensure data integrity and alignment.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, driving knowledge-sharing and team-building activities.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure successful integration deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Several years of experience in Workday integration development with Finance, HCM, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
  • Strong background in software integration development, security, and testing .
  • Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP / REST) .
  • Proficiency in integration design documentation , mapping specifications, and technical unit testing.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, resource management, and project coordination .
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Workday Integration Certification (Mandatory).

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with Workday Prism, BIRT, or Workday Extend .
  • Familiarity with middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft) and cloud-based integrations.
