Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Hyderabad. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts, overseeing tax and compliance matters, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks will also include handling reconciliations, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making. Additionally, the role involves ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies, as well as mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management
• Proficiency in Taxation, Compliance, and Regulatory Guidelines
• Experience with Reconciliations, Financial Analysis, and Account Management
• Familiarity with Accounting Software (e.G., Tally, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems) and Advanced Excel skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant certifications like CA or equivalent are highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
