About the Role :

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visual communication across all channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned designer looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and execute a wide range of design projects including branding, digital marketing assets, social media content, presentations, print materials, and web / UI components.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive design solutions aligned with brand guidelines.
Mentor and guide junior designers; provide constructive feedback and creative direction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Translate strategic goals into clear, creative, and impactful design.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Work with vendors (printers, developers, etc.) to ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

6+ years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other UI / UX tools is a plus.

Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across various media.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.

Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
