Job Title : Area Sales Manager – HORECA

Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (HORECA) to lead and grow our presence in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) segment.
The role focuses exclusively on promoting and expanding our Ghee, A2 Gir Cow Ghee, and Mayonnaise made with Ghee product range in the Ahmedabad region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strong sales plan to achieve targets in the HORECA channel.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new HORECA clients and distributors.
- Conduct regular field visits for product presentations, sampling, and menu placements.
- Negotiate pricing, finalize deals, and ensure order fulfilment.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in HORECA or Food Service Sales, preferably in FMCG, Dairy, or Food Ingredients.Proven record in handling premium food products or Ghee / Dairy-based categories.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Excellent network within the Gujarat (West & Central India) HORECA market.Willingness to travel extensively across the region.What We Offer :
