The Interior Designer will be responsible for tasks such as space planning, creating construction drawings, and developing interior design concepts. The role involves selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and ensuring that all designs comply with relevant standards and client requirements. The designer will also collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to bring design projects to life.QualificationsProficiency in Space Planning and Interior DesignShould know cutting list, working drawing & BOQExperience in creating Construction DrawingsKnowledge of Architecture and Construction principlesFamiliarity with selecting and managing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to qualityAbility to work on-site in PalakkadBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldExperience in sustainable design practices is a plus
