Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepares meeting rooms for appointments, coordinates schedules.
• Spokesperson for complete coordination for management.
• Provides administrative support.
• Calendar Management.
• Scheduling : Maintaining calendars, arranging appointments, and scheduling meetings and conferences.
• Mail : Sorting and distributing incoming mail, and preparing outgoing mail.
• Preparation of MIS reports, Data Management.
• Travel Management.
• Any work assigned by the management on daily basis.
