Role : API Support & Backend Engineer (Onboarding & Support)

SKILLS Required :

End to End API support, Implementation, Rest API, Postman, Java or Python Support, XML, SQL

Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in end-to-end API support and backend application support (Java / Python). The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with XML and SQL and will play a key role in Onboarding & Support, handling technical tasks, and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide end-to-end API support and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Support backend applications in Java or Python.
• Work with XML and SQL for data exchange, queries, and reporting.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams for onboarding and technical support.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge bases.
