Technical lead manager

As a Tech Lead Manager (TLM), you will be in a hybrid role that combines senior technical leadership with people management. You will act as a "multiplier," balancing hands-on work with team leadership. This will be to work on our AI Transform product

What You’ll Do

Own the architecture and execution of major systems.

Lead by example in coding, code reviews, and design.

Manage a small team of 3–6 engineers.

Balance hands-on work with team leadership (approximately 50 / 50).

Coach your team on engineering practices and technical growth.

What You’ll Bring

8+ years of software engineering experience.

Proven track record of delivering complex system initiatives with minimal oversight.

Ability to improve the quality, performance, or scalability of a module or product you own.

Experience driving consistent improvement in code quality and technical decisions.

A history of fostering a strong mentorship culture in technical areas.

Clear influence in architecture across teams within a product.

Nice To Haves / Other

Experience with Lang Graph / Lang Chain or similar, vector databases, and the pros / cons of various LLMs
