Who You Are

Serve as an SME in IAM, providing expertise in SSO, PAM, Certificate Management, and general authentication / authorization processes.
Collaborate with team members to resolve tickets and incidents reported by end-users and application owners.
Assist in the implementation and management of IAM solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest IAM trends, protocols, and standards, including OAuth, SAML, and OIDC.
Provide support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding IAM functionalities and processes.
Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Your Role

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, particularly in SSO, PAM, and Certificate Management.

Familiarity with authentication and authorization processes.

Understanding of protocols and standards such as OAuth, SAML, and OIDC is a plus.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience in a similar role or relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity are advantageous.
