Job description

Job Title : CatLog Management

Date : November 28th, 2025, Friday

Timings : 10 : 00 AM 12 : 30 PM

Venue : TCS Kumaran Nagar, 415 / 21-24, TNHB Main Rd, Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600119

Experience Required : 1-8 years

EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview

Step 2 : Click to login
Step 3 : Click New user (Register with us)
Step 4 : Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
Step 5 : Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX .
Step 6 : You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Eligibility :

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Skills :

Knowledge of MS Office

Exposure to ERP (Oracle, SAP / Ariba / PEGA)

Responsibilities :

CatLog Creation & Onboarding

Create and onboard new CatLog items based on procurement inputs and vendor data.

Validate item attributes such as pricing, specifications, and supplier details.

Coordinate with sourcing and category teams to ensure catalogue completeness

CatLog Updates & Maintenance

Regularly update catalogue entries for price changes, item availability, and vendor modifications.

Ensure catalogue alignment with contracts and purchase agreements.

Maintain version control and audit logs for catalogue changes

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure catalogue data integrity and adherence to master data governance policies.

Support catalogue audits and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.

Leverage GenAI tools for catalogue summarization and guided indenting where applicable.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate catalogue adoption reports and usage metrics.

Identify gaps in catalogue coverage and propose enhancements.

Support spends analytics and category insights using catalogue data.
