Job Summary

This is a full-time role for creative professionals eager to shape brand experiences under the guidance of the Creative Head at one of our key client locations Mopa Airport, North Goa . As a Graphic Designer, you will work across digital, offline, print , and branding formats, contributing to high-impact projects that enhance brand presence. The role offers hands-on exposure in a leading agency environment, sharpening design expertise and building professional confidence, with high performers advancing into senior creative roles.

What You’ll Do

Create ad creatives, social posts, and brand visuals that meet campaign goals.
Turn briefs into engaging, high-performing designs.
Work with content, strategy, and marketing teams on campaign ideas.
Design scalable assets using Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.
Maintain quality, detail, and consistency across all outputs.
Track design trends, audience insights, and platform best practices.

Who Should Apply

Preferably a Graduate or Postgraduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

1 year minimum of design experience agency setting preferred.

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

AI tools are a plus, considered a strong advantage.

Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color.

Portfolio demonstrating ad creatives, social media designs, print and offline work.

Fast, creative, and open to feedback.
