Campus Hiring Lead | Mumbai

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of talent? We're looking for a Campus Hiring Lead to drive end-to-end campus recruitment and employer branding for a leading conglomerate.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead campus hiring from Tier 1 institutes, including engagement, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Plan and execute campus calendar and recruitment drives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and enhance employer brand visibility.

Who You Are :

  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute (Batch 2020-2023)
  • 2-5 years' experience in campus hiring or talent acquisition
  • Organized, proactive, and excellent with stakeholder management

    • Based in South Mumbai | 5-day WFO
