Role Overview
The Sales Success Manager will play a key role in driving conversions and ensuring a seamless experience for corporate employees exploring our Zero Deposit Accommodation program. As the primary point of contact for employees from our partnered corporates, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from understanding their housing requirements to coordinating property visits and ensuring successful closure.
You will also work closely with our onboarding partners (property owners and operators) to match employee needs with available zero-deposit properties. This role demands strong communication, relationship management, and a customer-first approach as you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders and maximizing successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion
Act as the primary POC for employees from partnered corporates showing interest in Zero Deposit Accommodation.
Conduct requirement-gathering calls to understand budget, location preference, occupancy type, and move-in timelines.
Share curated property options based on the employee’s needs and counsel them through decision-making.
Ensure smooth follow-ups to drive conversions and achieve monthly closure targets.
2. Property Visit Coordination
Schedule property visits for corporate employees with relevant partners.
Brief partners on the employee’s requirements to ensure the visit experience is seamless.
Track each visit, gather feedback, and guide the employee toward finalizing options.
Troubleshoot any last-minute changes or coordination gaps.
3. Partner Collaboration
Work closely with our onboarded zero-deposit accommodation partners to ensure updated inventory availability.
Relay employee requirements clearly and help partners prepare accurate property recommendations.
Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure fast and reliable support during the sales cycle.
4. Sales & Operational Reporting
Maintain accurate tracking of leads, calls, property visits, and closures in the CRM.
Provide timely updates, insights, and performance reports to the central team.
Highlight common customer requirements, issues, and potential product improvements.
5. Customer Experience Management
Deliver a seamless and high-quality experience to corporate employees at every touchpoint.
Address any queries or concerns promptly to reduce friction in the decision-making process.
Ensure handover to the next internal team (if required) after closure is efficient and smooth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer success, or relationship management roles—preferably in real estate, hospitality, BFSI, or service-driven industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand needs and recommend solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple leads and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience working with CRM tools, Excel, and basic office productivity software.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
