Role Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 3–4 years of experience in the D2C / e-commerce space to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in handling large datasets, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of Power BI will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (sales, marketing, operations).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key business KPIs.
• Generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve customer experience, and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to understand data requirements.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive growth for D2C business channels.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
