Position Summary : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Coordinator Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the HR field and support various HR functions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

HR Administration : Assist with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, filing, and documentation.

Employee Onboarding : Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and that all necessary documents are completed.

Recruitment Support : Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and handling job postings.

Employee Engagement : Help organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions to foster a positive work culture.

Compliance and Documentation : Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies by maintaining accurate HR documentation.

Training and Development : Support the HR team in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.

Payroll and Benefits Assistance : Assist with payroll processing and support employees with inquiries related to benefits, leave, and other HR-related matters.

HR Reports : Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, including attendance, leave records, and training logs.

Communication : Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing basic HR inquiries and providing information as needed.

Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and suggest ways to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in HR functions and willingness to learn.

Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic HRIS knowledge is a plus.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to grow in the HR field.
