We at Exceptional Ad Agency, a leading D2C E-commerce Marketing Agency, help brands scale beyond ₹1 Cr+ in revenue. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team, manage performance campaigns, and oversee multi-channel growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage & mentor a team of digital marketers and creatives.
• Plan, execute & optimize  paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)  for e-commerce clients.
• Develop and implement  SEO strategies  to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
• Oversee  social media marketing  – strategy, content, and growth across platforms.
• Drive  Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)  strategies to boost website performance and sales.
• Collaborate with the design / content team to produce high-performing ad creatives & landing pages.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain regular reporting & communication with clients on results and scaling strategies.

✅ Requirements :

Hands-on experience with analytics & ad platforms (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, GA4, etc.).
