Tech. Functional SME (Medicaid)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Technical Functional SME to support the Medicaid module in Model N Flex. The role involves understanding and resolving disputes, validating rebates, and handling error lines.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide support for Medicaid module in Model N Flex.

Work on rebate validations / calculations and issue resolution.

Liaise with business teams on Medicaid processing.

Requirements :

8+ years of experience in Medicaid-related support.

Strong technical skills in SQL & Oracle PL / SQL.

Familiarity with Medicaid dispute resolution and duplicate handling.

Strong communication skills.
