Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related engineering discipline (Master’s preferred).HCForward_JD_Data-Scientist_5yrsExp.docx

5–6 years’ professional experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, with end-to-end delivery from POC to production.HCForward_JD_Data-Scientist_5yrsExp.docx

Strong programming skills in Python (including OOP, API development, and best practices for linting / testing).HCForward_JD_Data-Scientist_5yrsExp.docx

Advanced experience with classical and deep learning algorithms, time series, model evaluation, and optimization.HCForward_JD_Data-Scientist_5yrsExp.docx

Experience deploying solutions on at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), familiar with containerization and serverless architectures.HCForward_JD_Data-Scientist_5yrsExp.docx

Technical Competencies

Strong hands-on skills in :

Machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).

Data engineering, including large-scale datasets and ETL pipelines.

Modern NLP (transformers, BERT, GPT), text analytics, Hugging Face, NLTK, and spaCy.

MLOps, scalable ML pipeline and API development, distributed computing (Spark / PySpark).
