Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate located in New Delhi. The associate will assist customers with their purchases, ensure an excellent customer experience, address inquiries, and contribute to driving sales. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, providing product information, maintaining the sales area, and meeting sales targets. The role requires delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Customer Service skills, including the ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Experience.
• Retail Sales experience to effectively assist and guide customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of jewelry or luxury goods (preferred but not mandatory).
• Passion for building customer relationships and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
