We're Hiring : Client Servicing – Mumbai | Fund Management Firm

Our client—a leading Fund Management Company with a strong footprint across UAE, India, and Mauritius—is looking to hire a Client Servicing professional for their Mumbai office.

Location : Mumbai

️ Work Days : Monday to Friday (Work From Office)

Are you passionate about client relationship management? Have experience in foreign investments, and thrive in a fast-paced financial environment? If yes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

Build and nurture strong client relationships with personalized support
Oversee client onboarding by liaising with internal teams and stakeholders
Stay updated and compliant with FPI / FII / AIF regulatory frameworks
Manage NAV tracking in coordination with Fund Accountants
Handle client queries professionally and promptly
Coordinate fee calculations with Finance & Accounting
Support processing of subscriptions / redemptions with Operations
Collaborate with custodians, distributors, and referral agents
Maintain accurate databases and documentation for client setups
Deliver seamless onboarding for both domestic and overseas clients

✅ What We're Looking For :

A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills

Prior experience in Fund Management, Capital Markets, or Asset Management

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Requirement :

Need a Full time MBA (Any Specialization)
