- 12-14 years with expertise & experience in implementing Greenfield Aftersales Warehouse / Logistics end to end Project
- Experience in OEM Automotive Vertical (2W / 4W)

MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1.Identify Competitive Logistic Partners viz. Vendors, 3PL & Transporters
Liaison with Purchase, Finance, Legal, Taxation, IS / IT HR, Real Estate, Safety / Security & Business2. Build an Efficient and Cost Optimal Logistic solution to meet Business Requirements viz. Warehouse / Transport etc
Capacity Planning for Inventory & OperationsDefine the Layout & MHE’s requirement3.Planning of Project Phases & Milestones
Detail Project Management schedulePeriodic Progress Updates & Review with Stake Holders.Risk Assessment & Contingency Planning4.Identify and Build an End-to-End IT Solution for Logistics Operations
Consolidate System RequirementsClose collaboration with IS / IT Team & Developers for requirement readiness as per Milestones.5.Ensure Legal / Compliance / Approvals for smooth Supply Chain flows
Coordinate closely with Finance, Tax and ConsultantsEnsure compliance related readiness inline with India regulations / frameworkDesired Personal Traits : Good Negotiation skills, Team Player, Self -Motivated, Techno-Commercial understanding, Excellent Communication
