Position : Mechanical / Equipment Engineer

Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra

About the Role

The Mechanical / Equipment Engineer will be responsible for designing, selecting, and overseeing the procurement of mechanical equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Design, select, and oversee procurement of mechanical equipment and machinery (compressors, pumps, vessels, piping, etc.).
• Prepare equipment specifications, datasheets, and technical bid evaluations.
• General knowledge of pressure vessel, storage tank, and rotating equipment design.
• Production, purification, compression, and storage of green hydrogen, green ammonia and its derivatives.
• Review vendor documents and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Provide engineering support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and ensure reliability.
