Data Modeler / Architect

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler Architect to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, database design, and data architecture, with deep proficiency in ER Studio. This role involves developing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models to meet business requirements while ensuring high data quality and architectural alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business and technical requirements.
• Utilize ER Studio extensively, leveraging its advanced features, best practices, and macros.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DBAs, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders) to align data architecture with organizational strategy.
• Define and enforce data modeling standards, naming conventions, and metadata management.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and scalability in all data models.
• Provide recommendations to optimize database design and performance.
• Support impact analysis and change management for evolving business requirements.
• Document data flows, relationships, and architecture components.
