Job Requirements
Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support the Probe Watch initiative. This role will focus on analyzing probe performance data, integrating insights across systems where Probe information may be avaialble like (e.g., Service Records (SR), electronic Device History Records (eDHR)), CRMs ..etc. and constructing a timeline-based narrative of each probe's lifecycle. The analyst will also be responsible for ensuring data quality and integrity across all sources to support decision-making and uncover service and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze console log data from Probe Watch to monitor probe usage, performance, where used and Probe Check results.
- Associate data from SR, eDHR, and other internal systems to build a comprehensive view of each probe's history.
- Develop timeline visualizations that tell the story of a probe's lifecycle—from activation to service events and performance trends.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and correlations that signal potential service needs or sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, service, sales) to validate insights and drive action.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate probe health and usage metrics.
Data Quality Assurance
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across Probe Watch, SR, eDHR, and other systems.Develop and implement data validation checks and cleansing routines.Monitor data pipelines and flag discrepancies or anomalies for resolution.Document data definitions, sources, and transformation logic to support transparency and reproducibility.Work with IT and data engineering teams to improve data reliability and system integration.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in STEM.3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare technology or industrial systems.Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.Experience working with machine-generated logs, service records, and product lifecycle data.Strong analytical thinking and storytelling ability using data.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with medical device data, service workflows, and regulatory considerations.Experience with data integration across disparate systems.Knowledge of predictive analytics or machine learning is a plus.Work Experience
