Job Description
Key Responsibilities : -
Maintain day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, ledgers, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation. Prepare and finalize periodic financial statements such as balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow in coordination with seniors. Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and debtor follow-ups. Handle GST : preparation and filing of returns, reconciliations (GSTR-2B vs books, etc.), and responding to basic notices. Support TDS / TCS compliance : calculations, return filing, and reconciliations. Assist in preparation for statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required schedules and clarifications. Perform general ledger scrutiny, variance analysis, and help in monthly / annual closing activities. Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and adherence to accounting standards and company policies. Coordinate with banks, consultants, and internal departments for finance and accounting matters. Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and MIS reports as required by management
Requirements
CA Inter (one or both groups cleared). 3–5 years of post-articleship / relevant accounting experience in industry or CA firm. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS. Practical experience in Tally / SAP or similar ERP and MS Excel.Good communication skills and ability to work independently with deadlines.
