Core Development & Configuration
- Design, develop, and configure applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform by business requirements.
- Implement custom workflows, forms, UI policies, client scripts, and server-side scripts .
- Create and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and related workflows .
- Build and configure custom applications using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine.
Integration & Automation
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, the MID Server, and Integration Hub .Automate business processes with Flow Designer , Business Rules , and Scheduled Jobs .Implement ServiceNow Orchestration to automate external system tasks.Module-Specific Responsibilities
Configure and customize IT Service Management (ITSM) modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog).Support other ServiceNow applications such as IT Operations Management (ITOM) , IT Asset Management (ITAM) , HR Service Delivery (HRSD) , and Customer Service Management (CSM) as needed.Maintain and enhance Configuration Management Database (CMDB) relationships and data integrity.Maintenance & Support
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the platform.Perform platform upgrades , patching, and testing to ensure stability and compatibility.Monitor system performance and ensure data security, compliance, and governance .Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.Provide technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and workflows.Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development.Web Services & Best Practices
Experience with Web Services integration, particularly REST.Ensure compliance with ServiceNow coding standards and security guidelines.
