- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle : onboarding to exit
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
- Oversee attendance, leaves, shift schedules, and time office
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing
Plant Manpower Management
Coordinate with production teams for manpower planning and deploymentManage contract labor (liaise with contractors, maintain registers)Ensure smooth shift operations and workforce discipline⚖ Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws : Factories Act, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, etc.Maintain statutory registers, returns, and documentationHandle factory inspections and audits (internal / external)Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as point of contact for grievance handling and conflict resolutionFoster a positive industrial relations climate at the plantPlan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programsRecruitment & Training
Support recruitment of plant-level staff, operators, and blue-collar workforceOrganize induction and onboarding programsIdentify training needs and coordinate skill development programsAudit & Reporting
Prepare HR MIS reports : attrition, headcount, leave, etc.Assist in ISO / HR / statutory audits
