Deputy Manager - Safety

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in line with IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Oversee team management, fire safety management, occupational health center operations, and training center activities.
• Conduct incident reporting, root cause analysis, and accident investigations using accident analysis techniques.
• Implement technological safety interventions to improve workplace safety and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards in port operations, construction and oil & gas (Future).
• Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
