About the Company : The company is coming up with a boutique hotel with 3 restaurants & a sporting facility

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Executive / Manager to join our hotel with some incredible facilities in Guwahati. If you’re organized, proactive, and have a passion for people, food, and music that fuels your workday, we want to hear from you!

About the Role : We are seeking a versatile marketing executive to lead the brand story. The individual should know how to use AI tools to leverage a strong Social Media presence . KRA's include menu designing , event programming, experiential / content marketing & so on.

The ideal candidate should have a degree and bring in exposure in marketing and people management of min 3-5 years , plus a vibrant enthusiasm for good food and music to keep the energy levels high

Additional Responsibilities :

Administrative Support : Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence with precision and efficiency.

HR Assistance : Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives; maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. Bachelors are welcome to apply if you have exposure in a hotel or F&B company.

3-7 years of experience in marketing, HR, or administrative roles (preferably been exposed in a metro life during college or work).

Strong understanding of basic marketing principles (social media, branding, AI tools, analytics).

Familiarity with HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, employee relations).

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

A genuine passion for music—bonus points for eclectic or niche tastes that can contribute in programming of artist line ups.

Proficiency on a computer and an avid traveller.

Pay range and compensation package : Salary between 30-50k per month depending on your calibre and a platform to double it superfast.
