Automation Test Engineer with AI Expertise

TerraFinn is seeking a highly skilled Automation QA Engineer with expertise in AI-driven testing to join its quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building automated test frameworks, integrating AI / ML tools to optimize testing workflows, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex applications.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications. They will leverage AI / ML-powered tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Applitools) to enhance test automation, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation.

Key responsibilities include :

• Designing and developing test automation frameworks
• Leveraging AI / ML-powered tools to enhance test automation
• Implementing self-healing test scripts to reduce test maintenance effort
• Collaborating with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure continuous testing in CI / CD pipelines
• Analyzing large test execution data sets to identify trends, flakiness, and performance bottlenecks
• Integrating AI-based test data generation and predictive analytics to optimize coverage
• Mentoring junior QA engineers on test automation best practices and AI-driven testing methodologies

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 4-8 years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance.

Required skills include proficiency in automation tools / frameworks, strong programming skills, and experience with CI / CD pipelines.

Preferred skills include experience with self-healing test automation frameworks, exposure to GenAI for test case generation and automation, and knowledge of microservices testing and containerized environments.

Soft skills required include strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments.
