Agentic AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement intelligent, autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing goal-driven actions using LLMs and advanced AI frameworks.

Integrate memory, tool-use, and multi-step planning architectures to build adaptive agentic systems with feedback loops and self-correction mechanisms.

Research and evaluate cutting-edge agent frameworks such as AutoGPT, Crewai, LangGraph, ReAct, and Agno to enhance system capabilities.

Optimize agent workflows for reliability, safety, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply agentic AI in testing domains.

Stay current with advancements in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, and related fields to drive innovation.

Technical Skills :

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI / ML concepts including LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.

Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, and building agents that interact with APIs, tools, or environments.

Knowledge of autonomous agent architectures, multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, and familiarity with reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, or symbolic reasoning.

Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including services such as Azure AI and AWS Bedrock.

Minimum 2 years of experience in AI / ML engineering, with at least 1 year focused on agent systems or LLM-based applications.
