Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Account Manager experienced in handling international performance marketing accounts, onboarding global agencies and brands, and managing the full lifecycle of publisher / advertiser relationships.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, independent, deeply knowledgeable about the mobile app ecosystem , and capable of managing accounts end-to-end — from onboarding to delivery, validation, revenue optimization, and payment collection.

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Onboard international agencies & global mobile app brands .
- Build long-term relationships with agency partners, networks, and advertisers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned accounts.
- Maintain strong connections to ensure faster operations and communication flow.
2. End-to-End Account Ownership
Handle complete account operations : onboarding → setup → delivery → optimization → validations → payments.Work independently without requiring constant supervision.Lead communication between internal teams and external partners.Ensure weekly / monthly performance KPIs are met for each account.3. Campaign Management & Performance Review
Validate daily performance, optimize delivery, and maintain profitability.Prepare, update, and manage validation sheets for each partner.Conduct regular reporting, analytics, and performance reviews with clients.Share insights, improvements, and recommendations to enhance outcomes.4. Payment & Billing Coordination
Collect approvals and validation confirmations.Ensure invoice processing and payment tracking for all assigned accounts.Maintain transparent communication with finance and partners regarding revenue cycles.5. Networking & Industry Representation
Represent the company at international expos, conferences, and industry events .Build and nurture relationships with high-value agencies, networks, and brands.Bring in new partners, supply sources, and opportunities through existing industry connections.6. Team Building & Leadership
Experience in hiring, mentoring, and training junior BD / account executives.Guide team members in :communicationreportingdeck preparationcampaign understandingclient handling7. Technical Understanding of Performance Marketing
Strong knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as :AppsflyerAdjustBranchSingularAbility to interpret tracking links, postbacks, KPIs, and fraud indicators.Skilled at using Excel, Sheets, reporting dashboards , and internal BI tools.Requirements
Must-Have Skills
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing / mobile advertisingStrong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPE, ROAS KPIsExcellent communication skills (written + verbal)Experience in handling global accounts (US, EU, SEA, MENA)Proficiency with Excel, data validation, reporting, and analyticsAbility to work independently and own responsibilities end-to-endExisting connections with international agencies, networks, and advertisersPreferred Skills
