How can you make an impact

As our new Senior Reporting Analyst, you are responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and delivery of advanced data reporting and performance metrics across multiple departments within the Customer Experience organization. This role requires a high level of expertise in data manipulation, report automation, and process improvement, ensuring consistency, security, and accessibility of reporting structures. You will also serve as a key advisor on analytical strategies and reporting enhancements

• This role requires working 6 : 30 PM - 3 : 00 AM IST, with flexibility to adjust to 5 : 30 PM - 2 : 00 AM IST during U.S. daylight savings time.
• This is a remote opportunity, but the ideal candidates should reside within Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi location.
