Technical Services Leader

This is a challenging role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our technical services team.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in enzyme technology, business development, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive business growth by strengthening service levels to customers.
• Develop technical solutions for key accounts and distributors to address customer needs and support joint business growth.
• Create value for key accounts and distributors to safeguard existing business and solve complex technical issues.
• Establish close relationships with customers and build access to their operational teams.
• Lead product upgrades, new solution identification, and development, and communicate with customer technical teams.
• Collaborate with functions at our company to play a key role in competitor mapping, new product launches, and ideation workshops from a technical perspective.
• Participate in key projects initiated by R&D and commercial teams and contribute with a technical perspective.
