Job description

Portfolio Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Analyst to partner with portfolio managers, risk managers, analysts, and CIOs.

The successful candidate will have expertise in analyzing portfolios to uncover alpha, beta, and idiosyncratic drivers. Key responsibilities include designing and validating analytics that solve real institutional workflows, turning complex financial data into clear actionable insights that shape product and investment decisions.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
  • Design and implement predictive models to forecast portfolio performance
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial markets and instruments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution with a strong math and stats background
  • 2–4 years experience in front-office finance with a top 5% performance record
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA, FRM, or MBA designation
  • Proficiency in Python or R programming languages
